Booking and Payment:

Reservations can be made through our online booking platform or by contacting us directly.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal for payment.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the full payment.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Occupancy:

The tiny house accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.

Visitors are welcome but must depart by 10:00 PM. Overnight guests must be registered and may incur an additional fee.

Pet Policy:

We welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval.

A non-refundable pet fee of $25 per pet per stay applies.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tiny house and on the property.

A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for violations of this policy.

Amenities:

The tiny house is equipped with basic kitchen amenities, linens, towels, and toiletries.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space during their stay.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for guests' convenience.

Farm Activities:

Guests are welcome to explore the herb farm during their stay.

Participation in farm activities such as herb harvesting and gardening workshops may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

Safety and Liability:

Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being during their stay.

The property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or lost belongings that may occur during the stay.

Environmental Stewardship:

We encourage guests to conserve water and electricity during their stay to minimize our environmental footprint.

Recycling and composting bins are provided on-site for guests' use.
