Lemon Verbena

Lemon verbena, often considered a nervine herb,  has long been used traditionally for digestive disorders including indigestion, gas, colic, diarrhea, and constipation. It is also used for agitation, joint pain, trouble sleeping (insomnia), asthma, colds, fever, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, skin conditions, and chills. It is the perfect tea to sip on after meals. It is also a great tea for those dealing with menstrual or stomach cramps and period pain. Added bonus- it's a great herb to support emotional health as it helps with stress and nervousness alleviation.  It has a refreshingly lemony and smooth flavor and is delicious both chilled and hot. Feel free to sweeten with honey, agave, or flavor with lemon.
